Toby - Toby is our beloved aussie. The quilt is based on a photo my husband took. After tracing, I used raw edge applique techniques and thread play to capture his expression and movement of his fur. He hangs in my sewing room so I can enjoy it every day.
Faith, Hope, and Love - This quilt was made to commemorate the spirit of those fighting and surviving brain cancer. It is my hope they will draw some strength from these words and ideas.

Tea Time - Started in a workshop taught by Rose Hughes in 2004. Finished in 2007, in time to be included in her book, Fast Pieced Applique, as student work. my own hand dyed fabrics were used.
One Block Wonder - This quilt is made up of a many hexagons, cut in kaleidoscope style from one fabric. I took liberty with creation of a blended border incorporating use of applique from the main piece flowing into the borders.
Doctor Who - My Granddaughter is a "Whovian". As a graduation from High School gift, I made her this quilt. The paper piecing was very intricate and some blocks took more than 6 hours to complete. I included 2 pieces of fabric printed and sold by Spoonflower. This fabric "made" the quilt. My setting is orignal.
Christmas 2006 - Almost every shade of green imaginable in Batiks was incorporated into this quilt--accented with reds, pinks, and purple--this was my second Christmas quilt.
