Anniversary for my son - Fabric used was from the groom's shirt, the best man's shirt, ring bearer's shirt and flower girls dress. Many other fabrics were collected with fat quarter pruchases. The dark purple was the men's shirt, they form the star points of the pattern. Appliqued was some pati hexagons flowers in the corner.
Baltimore Album - Handpieced applique by Ann Hamilton of Seattle, WA. The workmanship on this quilt is exquisite and it was a treat to be able to do the finish work. Ann paid close attention to detail in every hand stitch! This masterpiece measures 83*83 I used Quilters Dream Poly (select) for the batting and Superior's Bottom Line thread.
Mary's "State of Beauty" - This New York Beauty went All-American with Northcott's State Flower fabrics. Made for my niece & god-daughter's HS graduation. Paper-pieced and glued(!) using Dale Fleming's method for curves.
Christmas Under the Stars - This quilt won second place in the 2003 Moda Challenge. What a wonderful thing, as this was my first truly traditional style quilt and I had only been quilting 1 1/2 years!
Bionic Back II - Created for a call for orthopedic art. This is the 2nd quilt in the Bionic Back series. Photostitch embroidery design created from digital photo of my back xray after surgery in 2004, machine quilted.
Rhode Island Blues - Quilt top only. Not an UFO, but a WIP :-)
Added more borders and now it's ready to be sandwiched and quilted.

Lunar Eclipse - After attending a class with Ricky Tims, and being so inspired that I REALLY COULD make a convergence quilt, I went home and made this quilt in one day. Later I appliqued' some pictures printed onto fabric of a lunar eclipse I had taken. It seemed as if they made a perfect theme.

Finally, one for hubby! - All flannel featuring things my husband loves. Started as a lap quilt, grew to king-size to keep us warm in winter. It weighs a TON! But it's warm!
Iris Love - This is my first totally all by myself quilt. It has won in many 1st Time Quilt catagories and 1st Place Ribbons. And of course I am very proud of it. I have made many quilts since 1998, but this one is still a favorite as it was made especially for my husband. It is hand appliqued and home machine quilted. It was made in the "quilt as you go method" of Georgia Bonesteel, and she judged it in the 1st Oklahoma City Winter show and awarded it first place. ;o)
