Cub Lake - I started making this quilt for my son, and it was to be twin size. When I showed it to him he didn't really like the fabric. So I said, "that was fine, I would make it bigger and for myself!" Then I had to find more material. Searching on the internet I was able to purchase more fabric and make it King size. Then later when the quilt was finished I decided I wanted to make curtain for my room to match and had to look for fabric again. I found some in the cotton and was able to get enough to make a curtain and matching pillow. I bought extra this time incase I decide to make more accessories later.

Blue Baskets - I went out of my comfort zone and used yellow for the background. I am not a yellow person. I made this for my sil's birthday.

Bloomin Nine Patch - This was my first quilting class, I had been quilting for many years before but never taken classes, what an experience, I sure learned alot about what I was doing wrong. Sure had a great time.

Starflowers Plain & Fancy, Fancy #001 - I made this and another wall hanging in country colors for National Quilting Association's 2007 Little Quilt Auction for the show scheduled for June 7-9, 2007 in Columbus, Ohio. I will update the final bid when I know it.

Stephens American Quilt - I made two of these quilts one for each of my grandsons for Christmas, our youngest Ryan want tractors embroidered on his and Stehen wanted American flags.

Crazy Penny - This was for my complaining sister Penny, she says I make things for other but not for her, so I made it in a hurry just so she could have it. She loves it and has since painted her family room over so the colors matched.

Sampler - Hangs in my office so I can enjoy it everyday.

Aunt Christy - Center of Log Cabin star has a hand made counted cross stich design of a quilter working on a log cabin quilt.

Every Heart Beats True - A good way to use up scraps! Hangs in my office so I can enjoy it every day.

"QB Quilt" - Flowers were folded from pattern in "Fantastic Fabric Folding" by Rebecca Wat. My work "qb" needed a little sprucing up. So I made dozens of flowers, used bias tape for stems, fabric for cut-out leaves and Japanese fabric for the vase. The entire piece is pinned to my cubicle wall. It's an installation piece. I can move flowers around and change the position of the flowers anytime. Try it - it's a lot of fun and has gotten a lot of attention. I work for a Japanese company ... many of the Japanese women have commented on this unusual technique.

Celestial - Group worked on quilt over the spring til Fall in 2004 Finished in Spring 2005 and was given as a raffle quilt for local charities.

Chain Link around the Garden - Double Irish Chain and inserted Debbie Munn fabric picture blocks to complete

My Ugly Quilt - I took a quilting class for beginners a few months ago, this was our project. I found the blue star fabric and knew I was going to do a patriotic scheme for my Hubby. I still need to quilt it. I am just not too thrilled about the fabric choices, so I haven't been too motivated to finish it.
