Catch a Falling Star - This was made for my husband's grand daughter for Christmas. She requested the colors and after seeing Anita Goldsmith on Simply Quilts I got her book and tried this. This quilt was my first paper piecing attempt. I was very happy with the results and it hangs on Taylor's wall in her bedroom.

30's Celebration - Started off as a take-along project to work on during car trips and vacations. Photo taken of the quilt hanging at the Colorado Quilting Council bi-annual Quilt Show at the State Capital Building in Denver 2003, where it was seen by the editors of Quilters Newsletter Magazine and subsequently published in their magazine in April 2004.

This pattern was in a quilt magazine I purchased in last summer and I intended to make it for myself but ended up making it for my daughter.

I made two quilts using this pattern for my son-in-law’s nieces, one pink and one purple. I combined two pictures to show the panel of Disney Princess fabric I used for the back of the quilts.

Jerusalem - The design was adapted from the picture in the prayer book. It is made of cotton fabrics and cotton lame'. Machine appliqued and quilted using outlining and clamshell quilt design. The lettering was done using a Pigma pen.
