Anniversary Joy - I used Moda's "Vienna Nights" to make this quilt. It was a 10th Anniversary gift to close friends of ours. (The date shown on picture is incorrect.)
Spoolin' Around - This quilt is a small wallhanging that I made in conjunction with my first paper-piecing class with Debbie Frey at Stitch-n-Quilt in Lawrenceville, GA. It was a gift to a friend of mine for her birthday.
Ha Ha Ha - Rebecca's 50! - This was the second quilt that I completed and it was for my sister's 50th birthday. The full title is "Count the stars - they're really nifty, ha ha ha - Rebecca's 50!". There are 50 stars in the field of the quilt (plus one to grow on on the label). She sleeps under it every night - so I think it was a hit!!
Pineapple Rose - Beautiful fabric makes this lap quilt so lovely. The picture doesn't do it justice. (Better at making quilts than taking pictures! LOL) Given to my niece, April, for her high school graduation present.
Unnamed - First class I took was a begginers class. this was the sampler I made. This is also when I discovered batiks. Oh, did my world change that day!
Green Tea - #3 of series. This is the final piece from the 4 panel fabric. This quilt has two of the panel appliqued to the blocks. Beads and teapot buttons are added as embellishments.
Tones Of Music - I made this quilt fo r my grandaughters 8th gr.Graduation, inspired by her love of music & talent playing th e piano.Lyrics to "What A wonderful World"quilted in border.
