Thai Knot - My niece married a man from Thailand and for the wedding I made this Lovers Knot quilt. It is made with dark blue, light blue blue and white print with a white back ground.

Catch & Release - I thought it would be fun to try a fly fishing quilt since this is my second favortie activity besides quilting. Someday I will add more embellishment, but right now I'm off to catch and release some rainbow trout!

Pink Lemonade - I Love the pink and orange dots and stripes.

Laura's Fabric Garden - I took a class with Laura. I have always loved her style and her hand dyed fabrics. This was a fun quilt to do.

Ellie's First Quilt - Ellie wanted to make her very own quilt for her doll's bed. This became our school holiday project earlier this year. She designed it herself, all I did was help her put it together. Most of the work was her own. She is was only 6 years old! I am very proud of her.

Double Wedding Ring - This is a quilt we inherited when my husband's aunt passed away. It is in great condition but unfortuanately, along with all the other quilts, we don't know for sure who made them. His aunt quilted but so did his mother, so we aren't certain.

Lucky Stars - This was my first COMPLETED quilt. I still own it and I love the colors.

Christmas House - I love the Thimbleberry designs and when we redid our family room, I had a wall that just cried for this to by hung there! I love it!

Great Grandpa's Baby Quilt - This quilt is one that my husband's aunt said was her grandfather's baby quilt and he was born in 1870. It is in excellent condition! What a treasure to have! The small pieces are so small and there are 25 squares to each block so you can imagine how small they are.

Missouri Sampler in Green - I took a class from Annabel on making this Missouri Sampler Quilt except that this is one that I made for a quilt show in Trenton when we honored her for the Trenton Sesquicentennial. We located 38 finished quilts from her students and displayed them in this show along with 80 vintage quilts. When Annabel teaches the class, she had you pick out 3 or 4 fabrics but recently, I have fallen in love with the batiks! I also wanted to show the public that this same quilt can be made with today's fabrics and machine quilted. What a thrill to see it hanging with all the quilts of the same pattern...yet, so different!

Stars and Four-Patches Quilt - 50th Wedding Anniversary Gift for sister and brother-in-law, December 2003

Unnamed - I bought this pattern and material because it was colors and fabrics I would have never thought of putting together. I wanted to learn from it. It is very bright and colorful.

A Little Oriental - I used a bright oriental fabric and black background. I hand quilted the background in black and the design in gold metallic thread.

Sunny Day - This is a reversable quilt, based on the Cotton Theory. Ricky Tims helped me to pick out the fabric from his hand-dyed collection at the Paducah Quilt Show. I used varigated thread to combine all the colors.

gail's daughters school t shirt quilt - this quilt is a collection of gail's daughter's t shirts, beginning with preschool and ending with college. it is backed with flannel.

Christmas in July - I made this quilt as a Christmas present for my friend Pam. She loves traditional quilts and her very favorite color is red. I think this will work!
