Deloris's Comfort Quilt - This quilt was given to Deloris Jobe as a community comfort quilt from Westcliffe Contempary Quilters and Fabric Artists. I designed and constructed the quilt and her daughter quilted. Our club makes quilts for the people of Custer County that have had major illnesses accidents or death in their families. Deloris's son has cancer. She is a member of the WCQFA club.

Minnesota Hot Dish Challenge Quilt - I had to use challenge fabrics and two of my own. I used raw-edge applique to add interest to the center of the block.

Embroidered Sawtooth Star Runner - Center designs are embroidered and the stars are dimensional. Quilt is machine quilted on a Bernina Artista 200.

Picturesque - Quilt was designed for Asian Fabrics Magazine, issue #10. All Kona Bay fabrics, 100# YLI silk for machine quilting on Bernina Artista 200. I love metallic fabrics!

Hunter's Hawaiian Dream - This quilt was made for the St. Jude's quilt of Dreams competition based on a dream by Hunter to go to Hawaii. The back is a tropical panel framed by two borders. Many people like this side even better!

Rewind - Rewind is a charm/jelly roll pattern based on the traditional Bright Hopes block. You can make 3 runners or a medium quilt. Easy to piece!

Waterlily Mystery - Floral, with alternating blue sawtooth blocks and bright yellow blocks

Winning Hand - This was my first full size quilt. I took a class in Lake Orion Michigan and absolutely loved it. This is not quilted yet but is pin basted and waiting for me to practice my free motion quilting. I am planning to quilt it this year.

Linus Project - Katherine's son's kindergarten school class drew on the block and we used misc fabrics to fill the rest of the squares to make this quilt. It was a donation to the Linus Project and Katherine purchased it.

Joanna's baby quilt - I made this for my baby sister when she had her first child. She is 17 years younger then me and this was my first quilt I made on my own. This was made with so much love. I spent time with my mother as she went through her cancer treatments as I made this quilt. My mother died the following year.... bitter sweet quilt!!

Baby cheater quilt - This is a cheater quilt I made for a baby gift. I made two for friends.

pink and cream raggy quilt - I made this in my first quilt class. It was very fast and easy. It is warm and cozy. Everyone needs to start some where!

Tracy's marching band quilt - This is an preprinted one piece fabric I found in Walmart, this was a good place to start. I used an old blanket for batting as I saw in my husband's twin size quilt his mother's mother made for him, it was fraying and I could see the blanket inside. I made this for my daughter so she could keep warm as she waited and watched the football game with other marching band members. She was thrilled with it and enjoys cuddling up with a good book or a nap.

Sunshine on my Koi Pond - This was a quilt done for the Keepsake Challenge 'Pieced Color-Burst. It is a paper pieced.

Sky of Blue - This was a quilt that just didn't know when to stop. I took the class at the Vermont Quilt Festival in 2005? and completed the quilt this year as a gift for my step-daughter...who wanted a king size quilt. So the class lap quilt just grew and grew. Rae is a member of the Wiregrass Quilt Guild and has become very skilled at quilting on her longarm. Don't know what the members would do without her, what with all the tops we complete and are in a hurry to get to our next project.

My Snails - This is a pattern that is just right for the beginner quilter. It's just about failure proof. Cathy has given me permission to use the pattern in a class I will be teaching this fall. I completed two complete 'snails' in the 4 hour class I took at AQS Nashville

Stars for Baby - This quilt was made from stars completed in a Deb tucker class at Vermont Quilt Festival in 2007. The class was various gadgets and rulers available for piecing. I didn't have enough fabric to complete the class project so the stars were pieced together with the fabric I did have. This was given to my mother to use as a gift.

Shibori Sampler - Took a Shibori dying class from Carol Anne Grotion at Vermont Quilt Festival. This quilt is made from samples done of different Shibori techniques. The pieces were put together like a puzzle as no two pieces were of the same size. This was quilted on my daughters Bernina using the BSR. The first quilt that I did any free motion quilting.
