Rebird and Berries Mini Quilt - Designed for the Moda Bake Shop using a Mini Charm Border, Applique Bird, Perfect Circle Berries and Bias Stems. A lovely additional to any home decor!!

My Totoro - I made this machined applique quilt for my granddaughter. It is now going to be made into a wall hanging because her mother wants it on the wall. It is rough edged applique.

Here Come the Blooms - This quilt will be traveling the country this year (2014-2015) as part of the "Hoffman Fabric Challenge" exhibit. Although the challenge fabric was not really an appropriate fabric for a "One Block Wonder" quilt, I felt that I could still make some fun kaleidoscopes with the challenge fabric and some Paula Nadelstren fabrics I had in my stash. It ended up looking like my spring garden, flowers in all stages of growth and bloom.

Calavera de Azucar - This quilt will be traveling with the 'Hoffman Fabric Challenge" this next year. I loved the challenge fabric, with it's bright colors and patterns, it looked very Mexican to me. Nothing says Dia de Los Muertos like a sugar skull (Calavera de Azucar).

Poppies - I bought her kit, and made that. Not happy with my execution, so I increased the size by 30% and remade it of my own fabrics. Im happy with it but think I can do better. Will do a 3rd at some future date.

William and Melinda's Wedding Quilt - Star of Bethlehem medallion quilt with machine applique in the first border and pieced outer border.

Circles #5 - A fun experiment with improvisational curved piecing. Fabrics include a mix of commercial, vintage and repurposed.

Moroccan Moonfire - The design elements are all freehand drawn and painted then embellished with gel pen designs and beaded. Originally inspired by Moroccan Tiles but I went astray! My goal was to make the elements appear to be floating.

Kayenta Formation - The Kayenta Formation is a sandstone formation in northern Arizona and southern Utah and Colorado characterized by narrow strips of darker color. This was my Hoffman Challenge entry for 2014 and won the Best Machine Workmanship,Pieced award.

Grand Finale - The four compass blocks are from the named pattern. The other blocks are my own as is the sashing. I wanted a quilt with wow factor and deciding the color was the toughest part.

A Bowlful of Birds - Made specifically for an exhibition in the cellar of a wine farm - all the works had to be round in order to be displayed on the wine barrels.

Jimmy and Caroline's Wedding Quilt - This is a Lemoyne Star pattern from Bethany Reynold's Stack-n-Whack books, to which I added the star border. DLQuilter did a fabulous job with the quilting.

It Waits for Dawn - My 2009 TQS BOM - made entirely from Ricky's hand-dyed fabrics. This quilt was displayed at Quilt Expo (Madison, WI) in 2010 or 2011, and at the International Quilt Festival of Ireland in 2013.

Sedona Star - Quilt is 86 x 86 with embroidered applique, paper piecing and regular piecing.
