Orange ya glad?
Name of Maker: Caron Carlson
Orange ya glad? - This darling quilt is pieced by hand and is one of the workshops I offer. I love having a grab-n-go project for car trips or TV time. The crosshatching is done on the longarm and for this quilts small size was very time consuming. This quilt is also a "Charm" quilt in the true sense, as none of the print fabrics are alike.
My Promise
Name of Maker: ekatarinis
My Promise - This is my first quilt. I wanted to make one for my son the way my mother had made one for me. So I took the basics that I knew and went for it. I made several mistakes, but I loved every minute of it. I have since then completed 2 other quilt tops and have drafted plans for 3 others! I named this "My Promise." Rainbows symbolize promises, and I wanted a physical manifestation of my promise to him that I will always love him.
