Planned Sponteneity

David's Taron
Name of Maker: Joyce K. Ferrie
David's Taron - This quilt was part of a collaborative project. I started the quilt with the tarpon and the background fabric. For 5 months it went through a rotation where my four friends had a month each to add details of their choice to the quilt. At the end of the rotation I got the quilt back and added more details, plus the finishing. I now have a quilt to give to my husband (who is an avid fly fisherman for tarpon). The bonus is that four of my best friends have put their personal touch on it!
