Hot Chicks
Name of Maker: luthersmom
Hot Chicks - The Buggy Barn folks like the muted country plaids but I prefer brights. I added the black and white border because I thought it needed a little calming down.
Elegrant placemats

Elegrant placemats - These placemats for a church raffle were made from leftover blocks and fabrics from the raffle bedquilt. The center block is called Blockade.
Feathered Heart

Melon Slices
Name of Maker: Joanna Patraw
Melon Slices - I received this project as a kit from my mom. I love the traditional look of the prints. I'm working on trying new techniques especially getting more comfortable with flying geese. I enjoyed the finished piece on my dining rm table last summer.
Blisswork
Name of Maker: zegiquiltbug
Blisswork - This is a nap quilt I made for my son. I modified the layout of an Ohio Star and added triangles to the corners of the blocks to create extra squares in the design.
Black-eyed Susan
Name of Maker: zegiquiltbug
Black-eyed Susan - I made this quilt to commemorate my daughter's move from a crib to a big-girl bed. It was supposed to be done for her second birthday. She'll be three in June! Machine pieced (not so accurately because of the deadline) and hand quilted with a flannel back. It isn't yet bound but should be by the third birthday :)

Baby Boy Bacu's Blankee
Name of Maker: Vicki Fridle
Baby Boy Bacu's Blankee - I made this quilt for a friend baby. I used cotton and Minike fabric.
Cherry Blossom
Name of Maker: JudyPete
Cherry Blossom - This was constructed as a challenge quilt. The design is my original creation.
Manly Quilt
Name of Maker: JudyPete
Manly Quilt - This is one of the first of my "shirt" quilts. The background of each quarter of the quilt is from a single men's 100% cotton dress shirt (not to be confused with a shirt from a single, non-married man LOL). The "jewels" are purchased cottons from a quilt store. I call this "Manly Quilt" because of the shirt fabrics as well as it's simple, rather masculine design. I made the mistake of giving it to my grandson who was then 9 years old. He won't give it back to me and I want it back!!!!! Aaaaack!!
Y2K Quilt
Name of Maker: JudyPete
Y2K Quilt - In 1999 I began swapping squares of fabric along with siggies (signature squares) with other quilters I met on the internet. We exchanged packets (squishies) of 25 different fabrics in 2.5 inch square along with a signatur square. The design is my original creation. The signature squares are stitched onto the back of the quilt. This quilt was in a special Y2K quilt exhibit in Houston in 2000?. It's huge (86"x106") and needs a LARGE wall for display.
Four-Patch In A Square - Shirt Quilt
Name of Maker: JudyPete
Four-Patch In A Square - Shirt Quilt - A vintage quilt on eBay was the source for this pattern. The fabrics are entirely gleaned from used (near-new) men's shirts and women's blouses. Even the stripey border is a shirt. I rather like the plain, homey look that these fabrics give the quilt. I machine quilt most of my quilts on this old Singer 15-91. The machine has a vertical bobbin which makes for good tension when moving the quilt around. Of course, it does not feature the computerized length of stitch nor speed control, but it does a reasonably good job for my quilts that are destined for hard use.
Peonies from Heaven
Name of Maker: Angeline JoVan
Peonies from Heaven - My third Harmonic Convergence and this one I love!! The peonies were from a Kona Bay fabric call Floral Reign. They are raw edge machine appliqued on top of the convergence pattern
