Yin Yang - Freezer paper pattern for the yin yang. Curved piecing. Trapunto quilting for the yin yang.

Salvation - Pieced using "Quilting Curves" technique by Vikki Pignatelli. Bible is printed on fabric with InkJet printer, constructed separately and sewn onto quilt top after quilting.

Evergreen sky - Photos taken looking up at sky thru evergreen trees at morning, noon, and evening. Printed onto fabric, cut into circles, sewn into square of background fabric. Quilting is custom evergreens.

Tropical Leaves - Made leaf patterns using freezer paper. All leaves and flowers are appliqued. Flowers are Broderie perse. Echo quilting and tropical leaf design quilting.

Camellia - Enlarged the Camellia pattern and made 4 different colorations of this flower and put them together with sashing and borders to make this 63" x 63" quilt.

Sweet Angels - Six embroidered and beaded Angel blocks set with alternating revolving star blocks from Jodi Barrows - Square in a Square book.

Island Rhapsody - Inspired by a quilting design in Karen McTavish book. Design is fused and appliqued down, then quilted. Made for opportunity quilt for Calico Quilt Club

Iris - Strip pieced background, Iris quilted between two layers of net.

Flores - My friend taught me how to draw this flower, so I decided to take it a step further and make it into a quilt. Each individual petal has an embellishment design, all of which I did by hand. It was a challenge, and took a lot of tracing on to wax paper, but now I only have to finish the sleeve! The odd shape and puffiness of the petals added difficulty in quilting and hanging, but I have discovered a way. Eventually I will update a better picture...

Maple Leaf - Drew Maple Leaf pattern to fit size needed. One fabric is used for all blocks with two backgrounds in blocks. Border is fabric all leaves are made from.

Lemons and Limes... and Bananas - I don't know the name of Alex's book, but baby quilts is the main theme. I made this quilt for my little sis when she was born. The name came from the yellows and greens (lemons and limes- I didn't know if she was going to be a boy or girl), and the banana part came from the adorable monkey/banana quilting. I love the colors, and it's a quilt the my sis commonly uses.

Through The Garden Gate - Designed for Hoffman Challenge. Quilt traveled for one year. Fused applique machine quilted.

Rail Fence - We took the pattern from a published book, which one, I don't know. This quilt top was made in a three-day weekend. It was later quilted. After giving it away, we made another quite similar upon request.

Exploding Bear Paw - Bear Paw pattern in center, then blocks are fractured (or exploded) from center block. Bears are quilted in borders and plain blocks, rest is meandering quilting representing bears wanderings.

Beauty on Ice - Silhouettes fused, then stitched down, machine quilting original desings

Chickenquilt - It is a quilt in which I used the fabrics I had and did not buy anything

A starquilt for Fanny - It is a bedcover for a teenager who loves black

New York Beauty - It is paperpieced with batics in many colours
