Bobby's choice for the background color was bright lime green. Unfortunately she got ill, so I finished it and quilted it as a surprise, and she got to spend time enjoying it.

I am working on a new 'vintage' crazy quilt, but pulled one square off and bound it as a Christmas present for my friend Elaine. It was fun and challenging to learn new embroidery stiches and patterns to embellish the crazy quilt.

Into the Light - One of my first quilts, and still one of my favorites. It hangs in my house and I never tire of it. I took a class on how to make watercolor quilts. I didn't have a very big stash and one of the other students generously gave be about 10-15 pieces of fabric so I'd have the exact shade needed. Please rotate quilt image-light to top.
