Wedding Quilt - Class taught at local quilt store

Square pegs - This was a challenge quilt done to teach the square in a square technique. I decided how to border and sash the quilt. The only requirement was that the blocks be made totally from scraps that I had.

With Warm Wishes - This quilt was one I found in Quiltmaker magazine and loved how it made up. Really easy but spectacular no matter what fabrics are used

Norwegian Stars - I took a trip to Norway this summer and in the city of Bergen I found a LQS. The owner, Kristin Bergljot Johannessen and author of Hooked on Triangles, was there. I purchased a copy of her book and made this quilt after returning home. What a lovely memory I have of Norway. This quilt pattern decorates the cover of her book.

Butterflies are free - Half square triangles made up the majority of this mystery quilt which was designed by a GTG attendee

Larger Than Life - I embroidered the 4 large snowflakes using my Bernina 170, then assembled the quilt per the directions and quilted it using decorative stitches on my sewing machine. The branches are sewn on, leaving about 1/2" on the edges to be trimmed and fluffed giving it a 3 dimensional look.

Ragtime Circle Quilt - My 10 yr. old granddaughter, Kessley, chose the colors and design to coordinate with her bedroom. Then she sewed all the layers together using the Bernina circular embroidery attachment to sew on the circles. I sewed all the squares together and did the cutting to make it a ragtime.

Dee's Garden of Memories - This quilt was made from pieces/parts of a Flower Garden quilt found in my sister-in-law's late mother's sewing room. It had gone through 3-4 other people before I got it and finished it.

QOV Quilt - This is one of many quilts made by the members of the Rheinland Pfalz Quilt Guild for the QOV Foundation. Quilts were pieced by members, long-arm quilted by Birgette and donated at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.

Noah's Ark - I made two of these quilts for my best friend's twin grandsons.

Double Wedding Ring - I made this double wedding ring quilt for my best friend's daughter and her husband. I used 1930's reproduction prints with a tone-on-tone white background.

Road to Jericho - Made 12 blocks from the Journey to Jericho book by Kaye England. The quilt was made and auctioned off at the Faith Baptist Church Christmas Auction with proceeds going to Elim Mission in Elim, Poland

Chandler's Quilt - When I found out my daughter was expecting her first child (my first grandchild), I made this quilt for his birthday. It was lots of fun and I quilted it on my new Viking Mega Quilter (mid arm) machine.
