Lilly's ABC Quilt
Name of Maker: Judy Rittmeyer
Lilly's ABC Quilt - I made this quilt for our first grandchild. I didn't know the sex of the baby when I made it so tried to choose neutral colors. It turned out to go perfectly in the nursery and hung on the wall over the changing table for several years. Now it hangs in the play room so it hasn't been dragged around a lot and so is in good shape.
My First Quilt
Name of Maker: Eleanor Burns
My First Quilt - My very first quilt. It's small (crib sized). I machine quilted - in the ditch - and really enjoyed learning so many new things. I took a class from my local shop and keep meaning to go back for another one. It hasn't stopped me from going back for more fabric though.

Floating Jewels
Name of Maker: Cheryl Bishop-Bailey
Floating Jewels - I made this quilt as a high school graduation gift for my niece. I like how the brightly coloured tumbling blocks stand out vividly against the grey background. I connected all of the hexagon points with a curved, interlocking quilting pattern which created six-petal flowers all over the quilt. It took ages to do but it finished the quilt off just right so I'm glad I persevered.
