Andreas Wedding Quilt
Name of Maker: Karen Good
Andreas Wedding Quilt - I purchased the kit for this Irish Chain Quilt at my local quilting shop. It took me a few years before I actually attempted to make the quilt and once I figured it out, it went really well. I loved this pattern and thought it was so beautiful on the wall. My daughter Andrea was overwhelmed when she received this quilt as a wedding gift. I stippled with my own pattern of hearts and also stippled their names and wedding date on two of the white blocks. I'd love to attempt this again. Since I have a huge stash of fabric it shouldn't be too difficult to come up with colors to go into this quilt. That's Andrea holding the quilt with her husband Deryl on the other side.
