Prairie Stars - I took a class with Kathy Wierzbicki at the Nashville Quilt show last year. This pattern is what we began in that class. In the midst of moving from TN to CA I've had little time to work on it until now.

Dakota's Quilt - I embroidered the quilt blocks with baby items and used his name and birthdate to personalize it. On back is a label with date and my special love for my last granbaby.

Happy Birthday Celebration for #3 - Being a NASCAR fan of the late Dale Earnhardt I made this for my husband. On the 3rd lap of the Spring Race at Talledaga there would be a lap of silence. It was during this time we held our banner up high!!

Sweet Tropical Sunshine - Hawaiian pineapple design in the center of a bright yellow sun.

Going to Grandma's House - This quilt is just about finished..got the centre done, now onto the borders. This quilt is for my granddaughter Rebecca who is 3 now and has moved into the "big bed".

Catching Memories - This too is a work in progress. Just a bit more quilting and embellishments and I'm done. Gift for hubby.

Poinsettia Holiday - I have made Holiday quilts for my entire family and finally had time to make one for myself.The black center fabric has gold running through it to really dress it up.

Just for Jan - Variation of a New York Beauty. This was made for my sister Jan and has been published in Quilter's Home Magazine.

University of Michigan Pillow - I made this pillow to commemorate my son's first day of college at the University of Michigan. (I also made one for his roommate.) The center square is the U of M seal, which I printed on white Kona cotton that had been treated with Bubble Jet Set 2000. The rest of the fabric is commercial U of M fabric. I made the top just like a regular quilt, with batting and backing, so I could quilt it. Then I added the back and inserted the pillow form.

Yo-Yo Quilt - This quilt comes from blocks I won at our guild retreat. To make it scrappier, I cut the blocks in half both ways and rearranged. It looked vintage, so I added yo-yos.

Two Block With Moda - I designed this quilt using Electric Quilt 6. I scanned in the Moda fabric which I selected all from one of their collections. I also did the quilting using a Bernina and its stitch regulator.

Firstgovignon Blanc - My first attempt, (I plan to give all my quilts a wine themed name) Using soft furnishing material, it is used as a coordinating throw at home.
