Quilt for School Principal - Our Principal was retiring, and I adapted this "teachers" quilt for a principal, and individualized the messages within the stars. It's got 3 D Star Points made with folding and sewing.

Stars In My Eyes - Scrappy. Result of a class with B. Dieges. It took a lot of time but I love the result. this was given to my brother, who lives in Texas.

Sunshine & Flowers - This block was created by 6 great friends who are always up for a challenge over a 1 year period. We had a challenge fabric that was to be included when each person added their part and any fabric that the orignator passed along. All of them turned out beautifully and no one looking like the other. I have added a green 2" border, will bind it with red and will be hand quilting for the first time with the guidance of a Juanita.
A Quilt for Emma Grace - Emma Grace is 3 years old and adopted. This was made from her early outfits. It has belts, buttons, zippers, and pom poms. Some blocks were made using fabric from one outfit as background and applique from another. Quite a challenge and fun.
Coworkers unite in quilting for baby! - A truly collaborative project--Jenny did most of the cutting, I did most of the sewing, Jenny did the sandwiching and quilting, and I did the binding and label! It was for our coworker's new baby, and we made sure to defy his order for no bright colors.
Pink & Yellow Baby Quilt - For my friend's new baby--she had yellow in her room; but we knew she was having a girl so we couldn't resist adding the pink & flowers & ribbons.
Hurricanes Make Me Crazy - Started during hurricane season and suffering from color deprivation. Fabrics were purchased from many different quilt shops. It was started at a quilt retreat and finished afer the holiday season.
Under the Sea - Using a fish fabric and cutting six repeats into 60 degree triangles, a wonderful Under the Sea kaleidoscope was born. One strip of the fabric was left after cutting and it runs down the left side of the blocks. Machine pieced and quilted.
Craziness Runs In The Family - A combination of thirty years of collecting lace, buttons, and trims. Each block is totally unique and has a theme. Each block is named and has my signature "heart" hidden within. Children love playing I spy with this quilt.
Tranquil Reflections - Watercolor style quilt with two swans reflected in the pond. Created using two inch squares on a fusible grid. Quilted with metallic & varigated rayon threads.

Becky's Little Garden - Quilt designed using Fete Des Fleurs Poppies fabric designed by Marjorie Post for Andover Fabrics. Marjorie is my mother and she visited me in Tennessee in January 2008, when we designed and completed three wall quilts using her fabric. Poppies measure 4" across.
