Name of Maker: Susan McCannon

Undecided
Name of Maker: Lisa Ellis
Undecided - I fell asleep one night recently with a decision turning over in my brain. The engineer in me processes decisions using a matrix or table weighing the alternatives against criteria with scores or ratings filling in the grid. The image of a matrix and the decision at hand, wove itself into my chaotic, nonsensical dreams as I slept. I kept waking up to seeing grids with grey areas of uncertainty. I saw bits of red as my neurons were firing trying to decide WHAT I SHOULD DO. This quilt shows the weaving of my dreams with choices to be made. This piece is a part of the Transatlantic Challenge and is on tour in the US and UK.
Praise Him
Name of Maker: Lisa Ellis
Praise Him - This quilt was made for my pastor. It hangs in the sanctuary of my church. Praise the LORD, all you servants of the LORD who minister by night in the house of the LORD. Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the LORD. May the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth, bless you from Zion. Psalm 134: 1-3 (NIV)

San Diego October 2007
Name of Maker: Lisa Ellis
San Diego October 2007 - Inspired by the horrendous photos of the wild fires burning in San Diego in Ocober of 2007. My heart and prayers are with those that lost homes, pets and loved ones. May God bless and restore you. This quilt was just accepted into the Mancuso, Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival XIX in Hampton, VA, Feb 21-24, 2008.

Peonys
Name of Maker: Cindy P.
Peonys - This quilt was made to hang in my office. I needed one that was the right size for the space I had, and one that I could finish quickly. I really like the clear instructions Elenor provides and it also was a big help that her Egg Money Quilt series was being shown at the same time.
Marge Garfield Signature Quilt

Marge Garfield Signature Quilt - This quilt was made to honor one of the founding members of our church, Marge. We had just about everyone in the church sign a block, she loved it.
For Mom and Thelma - Breast Cancer Survivors
Name of Maker: Alanna P
For Mom and Thelma - Breast Cancer Survivors - I love Bargello patterns. I wanted to make something that would raise funds for some kind of research. After seeing this pattern in a quilt shop in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, I knew I had found the Project! Now I need to find it a home in a breast cancer fund raiser! It was also made as a celebration to honor my mother ~Loreen, and friend ~Thelma who are both breast cancer survivors.
Postage Stamp Pillow top
Name of Maker: lguajardo
Postage Stamp Pillow top - This was my first attempt at postage stamp way back in the 80's time frame. Each square is cut individually, was pinned to a paper background and then pieced. I made the pillow first to get a feel of the pattern. This is as far as I got.....
Crazy Among Friends
Name of Maker: Susan,Janie,Debbie,Barb,Wanda,Donna, Sharon,Chris,
Crazy Among Friends - A group of friends would get together, pick out a pattern and each one would do a block for the other. When finished, we would put the blocks in paper bags and then we would all select from a block from each one. The only rule we had was to use the same color scheme. Each month we would meet and have a show n tell. It was up to us to put the blocks together and quilt. This was so much fun and we all ended up with a full quilt.
Katmandu Explosion

Katmandu Explosion - A fabric that grabbed me out of my normal Civil War Reproduction fabrics that I just had to have. This is the first quilt that I have ever made for myself in the 19 years I've been quilting.

Madonna and Child
Name of Maker: stitcher
Madonna and Child - I purchased the kit for this hanging in Florida many years ago. Took me quite some time to complete. Kit contained fabric, photo and drawing of the design. No directions. I muddled through using purchased bias tape, I have since done "stained glass" with the iron on "leading" and much prefer the look of the regular bias even though it takes longer.
Packer Quilt
Name of Maker: stitcher
Packer Quilt - In Wisconsin we love our Packers.I made this for my "super fan" son in law. He took me to a game as a thank you. My one and only time at Lambeau Field.
Family Tree
Name of Maker: stitcher
Family Tree - I was asked to make a small quilt for an 80 year old mom. I designed the tree in the center and added names of the family to the leaves on the tree. The border stars and hearts represent grandchildren. The purchaser moved away soon after the quilt was finished. I do not know it's whereabouts other than it was to go to Ohio.
Emma's Courtyard
Name of Maker: FrostyQuilter
Emma's Courtyard - When I discovered the book for this quilt, I knew I had to make it. I bought the book and ordered a kit. I added many fabrics to make it my own. I learned so much when making Emma's Courtyard like needleturn appliqué and quick flying geese.
