Sweetpea Dreams
Name of Maker: Yjenn
Sweetpea Dreams - My friend Liz loves Sweetpeas and traditional quilts, I substituted a sweetpea floral for the usual plain fabric. I was lucky enough to have it published in British P+Q magazine.

A Spin in the Garden
Name of Maker: Kay Mackenzie
A Spin in the Garden - This is my "A Spin in the Garden" pattern. (The bunnies are very well behaved and will only bring the cuteness factor to your garden.) This quilt is machine appliquéd using fusible web and a small blanket stitch.
Free Flowers
Name of Maker: Kay Mackenzie
Free Flowers - This was the result of a personal challenge to myself... to use no pattern, and to finish no edges. Without a plan, I scissor-cut all the shapes from pre-fused fabrics, fused them down, and machine quilted close to the edges of all the motifs to secure them. It was very freeing to work this way!
'Tis the Season
Name of Maker: Kay Mackenzie
'Tis the Season - These are some of the designs from my book A Merry Little Christmas to Appliqué. Just put 'em all together and you've got a festive little quilt to hang on the wall during the holidays!
Cake and Tea
Name of Maker: Kay Mackenzie
Cake and Tea - This small glimpse into someone's parlor was appliquéd by hand, except for the cake, which was fused and then machine-stitched with a narrow zigzag. Perhaps the person about to partake of this afternoon refreshment has gone to get a fork! These are designs from my book Teapots to Appliqué.
C'est le Fromage
Name of Maker: Kay Mackenzie
C'est le Fromage - I made this as part of a challenge with quilters in France. We used 6 fabrics chosen by the Americans and 6 fabrics chosen by the French. This was the first quilt I designed on the computer! My husband helped me with getting true perspective.
Mom's Christmas, 2007
Name of Maker: Christi
Mom's Christmas, 2007 - Made this as a table topper for my parents, Christmas 2007. This was my first quilt to complete, and my thanks go to Alex for her excellent instructions on bindings in her Machine Quilting book.
Jeff's Quilt
Name of Maker: Christi
Jeff's Quilt - Made this for my son for Christmas, 2007. It's a queen sized quilt, and was like wrestling a bear quilting it on my home machine. I finished it at 10:30 on Christmas night!
Bro. Woody's Star
Name of Maker: whisperingpines
Bro. Woody's Star - I made this baby-sized quilt for my brother. It's the first quilt I'd made after twenty years of no quilting. He has it displayed in his church that he pastors.

Torrie's Star
Name of Maker: whisperingpines
Torrie's Star - This baby quilt was for my daughter's friend & co-worker who recently had a baby girl. It has 13 colors in the Star itself. My daughter and I chose the colors to hopefully accent baby Torrie's bedroom. I machine quilted it. It measures about 50" X 50". It has four hundred pieces of various colors of purples, baby blues, beiges, pinks, whites, yellows, and black on a lilac background.

Pathagoras' Triangle
Name of Maker: LinJoa
Pathagoras' Triangle - This was a challenging paper pieced quilt, but it was great fun. Working on it was obsessive! I was toying with adding beads, but decided less is better.
Saving Lori
Name of Maker: Queenpatty and Shannon Munn
Saving Lori - This quilt came about because my daughter (Shannon) and her friend (Lori) started to make a quilt and ended up cutting the fabric all wrong. Shannon came to me an asked if we could so anything with the fabric. She felt bad- Lori has bought all the fabric and when they messed it up Lori told her just to keep the fabric. So with an eye to her upcomming birthday Shannon and I began to design a quilt using what we had. This is the resulting quilt. Lori had no clue we were doing this so she was really surprised and she loved it.
Being Brave
Name of Maker: Queenpatty
Being Brave - I know this is from a published pattern but I did not write it down at the time and know I don't remember. If anyone recognizes this pattern please let me know. Iam not satisfied with the center of this quilt and plan to redo the center soon.
