Name of Maker: B. Acchino
Don-derosa 1 - One of two log cabin quilts I made for use at a bunk house by my favorite cousin. I chose greens and golds for morning sun and scenery. We call the camp the "Don-derosa" as it is big and beautiful (Ricky & Justin would LOVE it). I made a matching one in a different block layout.

Remembrances
Name of Maker: Connie Terry
Remembrances - This was my 2006-07 project for my friend who retired in May. There are 70 blocks with signatures of coworkers, family, and sorority sisters. The little squares are finished 1 inch with the signature rectangle being 1 in. by 3 in. and each block finished at 4 inches. This was a great "scrappy" project. The receiver is on the left and the maker(me) is on the right.

Little Girls Spirit
Name of Maker: Sherry Jones
Little Girls Spirit - There is a little girls spirit upstairs in the old house we bought. She is the inspiration for the colors and design for this upstairs bedroom. The doll bed in the room has a quilt to match, the bed has pillow shams to match and will soon have curtains too.
Name of Maker: Amanda Jane Hussein
"Changes Along the Path" - This was begun as a lap quilt for my mother in law. The six blocks seemed too dark on their own, when I saw the landscape strip and the "Tuscan Wildflowers", I could "see" the rest of the quilt. It became a California King sized bedspread, which is shown here with the two matching pillow shams.

A Modern Victorian
Name of Maker: R Ignaszak
A Modern Victorian - Almost Finshed quilt. Quilted all but the Borders. Designed in EQ4 originally and inspired by the Moda Folk Art Wedding Fabric. Pieced Blocks were paper pieced because of unuaual block size. Center Initial are "V" & "I" for my daughter, Victoria, who is a very "modern" Victoria.
Confused Geese
Name of Maker: R Ignaszak
Confused Geese - Blue and cream fabrics, designed in EQ. Inspired by the way geese in our area tend to fly north and south as I pass them on the way to work in fall. The interstate crosses forest and wetlands and I know the geese are following their food, but I seems to me they can't make up their minds what season it is!
