Sewing Tool Collectors Day - My quilt guild challenge for "Lesser Known Holidays" This represents Mar 26, Make Your Own Holiday, so I celebrated Sewing Tool Collectors Day - a quilt inspired by my fellow thimble collectors. I used almost 20 sewing motif fabrics from my stash to dress the ladies.

Spoolin' Around - A class from Tiger Lily Quilt Guild by Betty Wagner. I was always afraid of Y seams..this quilt cured me. Focus fabrics were blue and mauve sewing prints from my stash. Donated as a prize.
Raining Cats and Dogs

Raining Cats and Dogs - My first attempt at paper piecing. Made as a rafflle donation to my local Humane Society. All the plaids came from my stash. Almost a matching game, as there was a cat and dog made from each plaid, but not set together.
Marine Memories

Marine Memories - Made from t-shirts of places we boated with friends. Embroidered names of boats we traveled with. Marine motif fabrics. Made for our "boating mentor" who was also in the US Marines, so the title has dual meaning.
