My First Quilt - Being a new quilter at the time, I didn't think twice about starting a queen size quilt!! Took me a while but it was worth it. I even tried to quilt it on my home machine--it didn't take very long for me to realize that I was fighting a losing battle : _ ) It ended up quilted by a longarm quilter!! It now lives on our bed!

The Buckeye Beauty - Made with several charm packs from the 2006 Moda fall collection and a stash of neutrals this was a fun and easy quilt. The quilting is done with by several styles, a freehand stitch regulator on my Bernina and quilting designs on the embroidery module, then the rest was done on a Brother using old fashioned free style quilting. Too bad the photos can't show the quilting.
