Chameleon Club #3
Name of Maker: tpartyquilter
Chameleon Club #3 - My first completed quilt, third in a year long class called "Chameleon Club" that I took at the local quilt shop in Eureka MT, now Jodi's Quilts and More. Although I had completed 2 quilt tops in the series prior to this one, this was the first I actually finished all the way thru to quilting and binding myself. Colors and fabrics were not ones I would normally have been drawn to, but I had a box of fabric I had purchased from a local auction and thought it would be a good way to use up some of these fabrics. We were doing one new quilt every other month for a year and I knew that could be a lot of money in fabrics alone... this was the first quilt I had "quilted". My friend taught me how to do the freemotion style quilting on her Elna home machine, as my then Brother home machine had just died on me and I had not yet purchased a replacement.
