Cozy Throw for the Couch
Name of Maker: Kathy Link
Cozy Throw for the Couch - This is made with 9 patch blocks alternating with muslin squares. I used colors that I also like for home decorating such as burgundy, gold, green, and and accent of blue. Most of the time this quilt is draped on the living room couch and is used for the occasional nap or while reading.

A Garden View
Name of Maker: Kathy Link
A Garden View - This quilt follows Linda Sherony's pattern and book, "You Can Sew Quilt". It was very fun and easy to complete. It was my first attempt to machine quilt a large project and her methods made the process a delight. There is very little waste when making this quilts and it only takes 40 fat quarters to do the entire project including the top, backing, and binding.
Tea Time
Name of Maker: Sherry Thompson
Tea Time - A great story - pattern from Quilty Goods in Texas - 30 quilters were making this quilt at the same time and we were to communicate with each other throughout.
Holiday Stars
Name of Maker: Kathy Link
Holiday Stars - This pattern is like doing a stack and whack quilt, but the blocks have a "wonky" shaped star when they are sewn. I used many different reds, green, golds and creams to piece this unusual holiday quilt. The backing is also pieced and I was able to use many conversational prints with a holiday theme. It was a great way to reduce my stash!
End Table One

Naomi Quilt
Name of Maker: Jennifer Lynch
Naomi Quilt - This is my first quilt! My cousin had a new baby and I was starting a new hobby. Even though Naomi is a girl, I knew she would love the ocean blues and sunny yellows. Thank heavens for Eleanor Burns patterns. The quilt was really fun to make, and turned out great. I may have even finished it in 24 hours, spread across many days of course. After this one I was hooked for good. I am not sure of its exact condition at this point, but I know it is loved. A bit of southern California for my northern Californian cousin.
Blue Beauty
Name of Maker: Peggy O'Connor
Blue Beauty - Paper pieced New York Beauty blocks make this look more difficult than it is.
Jane's Circle Play
Name of Maker: Tamra René
Jane's Circle Play - This quilt was made during a class at Asilomar Empty Spools Seminar with Reynola Pakusich. I used all Jane Sassman prints. I was worried that the fabrics would not provide enough contrast for the background flow, but it seemed to work out. I love this little wall hanging. I have several offers to sell it, but I think I'll hold on to this one.
Long May She Wave
