Our Beginning - This quilt was created for my parents to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. Each block represents a memory or event from their first years together.

Never thought I would be watching quilt shows on the net when I made this piece.
It's a mystery - Made in miniature...this was a mystery quilt sponsored by my guild. I made each block 2" square instead of 6". There are over 60 different pieces of material in this quilt.
Stromboli II - After travelling to Stromboli, Italy with 8 of my cousins to see our grandparents homeland, I made this quilt from a photo transfer of the Island. I cut the photo transfer in pieces then wove it back together. It was a gift to one of my cousins I travelled with.
Fish Brick Road - This quilt was made for my grandson Chad, who loves fish. He was 3 years old for Christmas that year and the quilt is getting well used by him and the dogs and his baby brother!
Four Stars for Emily - Emily's Quilt was made to celebrate her graduation from University of Texas at Arlington. The four stars represents each year of her hard work and great achievement - she graduated Summa Cum Laude! She is still reaching for the Stars!
Little Ben - Appliqued on a road trip to War Eagle Fall Crafts Fair. The reason I was able to complete this project was the route we took to NW Arkansas from Texas - we picked up some friends in Kansas City!
Clint & Jennifer's Wedding Celebration - Created for my nephew Clint and his bride Jennifer to celebrate their marriage on March 31, 2007. It took a journey recently from New Orleans to Sacramento to their new home.
Circle of lifeI - Design random squares arranged in 22 in blocks. This quilt is a shower curtain in my house.

Man Project - this quilt consists of 72 three inch blocks. I made 3 sets of 28 and Marilyn and Anne made 3 sets of 28. this swap a block took place 3,000 miles apart from each other. Every block is different.
Hot Pink Kisses - Made for the S.L.U.T.S. Room at the Compass Centre, my BFF Melissa Picha's retreat center. The room was named after our bee - Sophisicated Ladies United To Sew.
Into the Light - One of my first quilts, and still one of my favorites. It hangs in my house and I never tire of it.
I took a class on how to make watercolor quilts. I didn't have a very big stash and one of the other students generously gave be about 10-15 pieces of fabric so I'd have the exact shade needed.
