It is the first quilt I made from start to finish and is all hand pieced and quilted. I have yet to get the other one finished because it is one that I am doing with a group of girls and we have had a hard time getting together to finish them.

Missouri Sampler in Green
Name of Maker: Cyndi Johnson
Missouri Sampler in Green - I took a class from Annabel on making this Missouri Sampler Quilt except that this is one that I made for a quilt show in Trenton when we honored her for the Trenton Sesquicentennial. We located 38 finished quilts from her students and displayed them in this show along with 80 vintage quilts. When Annabel teaches the class, she had you pick out 3 or 4 fabrics but recently, I have fallen in love with the batiks! I also wanted to show the public that this same quilt can be made with today's fabrics and machine quilted. What a thrill to see it hanging with all the quilts of the same pattern...yet, so different!
