Wishing My Summer Vacation Could Last All Year - This quilt resulted from an online swap of four-inch blocks over a period of more than a year. The swapped blocks tended to be seasonal in nature. I finished the top one August just before I had to go back to my teaching job. The seasons are arranged in rows from fall to summer, just like the school year. The background of my favorite butterflies, dragonflies, and flowers makes me think of summer all year.
