Buttons and Bows - I wanted to make a 3-D bow tie quilt and this design looked just right to me. My friend insisted I add buttons and they really did add something.
Hannah's Doll Quilt - This was my first attempt at quilting. I used no books, and I didn't know about the "7/8th rule" so my triangles aren't quite flat. Still, it kept me going.
Carl's Dinosaur Quilt - Carl is definitely a saurophile! He wanted a dinosaur quilt more than anything in the world. So I made him one. It's much nicer in person.
Ceil's Life - A collage of thoughts about my chesapeake bay retriever Ceil and our life together. The rainbow bridge for the future when he has to leave.
Veggie Tales - Repeated strips of fabric in Veggie Tales fabric and matching red patriotic fabric. quilted freehand with a walking foot! A quick project for a baby on the way.
Jasmyn's Quilt - Baby quilt for nephew's daughter, Jasmyn. Made from a cut apart baby panel. I added coordinating fabrics for sashing and rearranged. I have to add extra blocks.
My First Quilt - I took a one day quilt class at a shopping mall that turned into 2 days, at least for me! I'm a slow poke quilter. It became a real quilt in 2002 when I had it quilted by a long arm quilter.
Garden Apartment - This was a challenge thru a quilt shop that hosted a Thimbleberries Saturday with Lynette Jensen. We had to pick something out of 4 of her patterns and she had to guess which patterns they came from. It was fun!
