Wolf over Okinawa
Name of Maker: Liselotte
Wolf over Okinawa - My son loved this wall hanging. So I modified the flying geese to continue around the top and bottom to increase the size. He has slept with this quilt every night since the day I finished it.
THE GREEN THING
Name of Maker: Margarita Wilcox
THE GREEN THING - From a class by Mary Jane Best I used 8 fat quarters in fall colors, and a "Pontinelle" Black/Green fabric. Fussy cutting it to get the light color for the center block and the darkest color of the fabric for the outside blocks.
Xmas stocking for Raina
Name of Maker: Pat Skye
Xmas stocking for Raina - Using velvets, satin, brocade and misc. fabrics to make a rectangle. I then cut out the stocking shape. The velvet on the back has cats and paw prints embossed into it. Her mother also received a crazy quilt stocking.
It's Finished My Baltimore Album Quilt

It's Finished My Baltimore Album Quilt - Starting in 1993 I took a series of Baltimore Album Quilt, working on them on and off. Finished top around 1999. Always waiting to hand quilt it. Finally decided to have it machine quilted in 2004. I am very pleased with it, and it is finished.Patterns are from Elly Sienkiewicz book "Baltimore Album and Beyond"
Kitty In The Garden
Name of Maker: LeAnn Harner
Kitty In The Garden - This is part of a Merry-Go-Round Challenge with my guild. Each of us received 8 blue fabrics in various sizes and were challenged to make a quilted item using at least a part of the 8 fabrics. This is one side of what will be a tote for my cutting mat, etc. I added the pink background fabric, but all of the appliques were challenge fabrics - albeit painted or inked to give me some variety.
Island Girls

Autumn's Quilt

Hearts

Find the Baby
Name of Maker: Ellen Gambrell
Find the Baby - This is my interpretation of a picture someone sent me on e-mail. I was to find the baby (which I did instantly). Can you find the baby? Anyway, I thought the photo would make a wonderful quilt and I think it did! It took over 40 hours to "snippet" the design.
Chile Peppas
Name of Maker: Ellen Gambrell
Chile Peppas - I loved the fabric and thought it would be fun to make a kaleidescopic dresden plate quilt. It was a lot of fun to make. Here's a little secret ... I had "squishies" behind some of the scattered chile peppers and needed to cover up my errors in learning to machine quilt. The peppers look like they're part of the entire plan. It wasn't part of the plan until I made "squishies" in my machine quilting.
Jungle Fever
Name of Maker: Janice Maroni
Jungle Fever - Made this very bright quilt for my grandson, before he was born.
