Christmas Wreath - I wanted a Christmas wreath pattern to use at the holiday and fell in love with this pattern.
I have learned the importance of remembering all information on the patterns and quilts I make.
Thanks Alex and Ricky! From here on out I document everything!
Mom & Dad's Quilt - MANY small strips sewed together, then cut out in desired shapes along with some
solids. Many different types of cotton fabrics used.
Vintage Toys - This was a wallhanging to go in the kids' playroom. Some of the redwork designs were published, and some were adapted by me from old photos (robot.)
Scrap Happy - I made this out of all kinds of scraps to practice on the first time I used a long-arm machine.
The back is also made out of all sorts and shapes of leftover scraps.

Rings of Fire - Varied shades of red and orange rings on a bright yellow spokes, on a black background Bordered with bright orange and bright yellow A falling black little figure superimposed on a ring. Guild challenge-to create a quilt based on a country western song.
A Sailor's first Voyage - this quilt is about my son's first navy cruise. He was involved in the great Tsunami in Banda Acheh. Each block represents the ports the ship stopped at.
Autumn Leaves - A present for my mother's 75th birthday (29th March, 2005) - in the Autumn of her life (and, besides, she loves autumnal colours). Alternate squares left blank - another opportunity to include feathered wreaths. A more formal quilting design with cross hatching between the leaves and the wreathes.
Pinwheel Stars - I love pinwheels and this quilt takes it to a new level. I loved the primary colors against the black polka dot background. Its paper pieced and I will be machine quilting in with a unique shaped edge.
10,000 Lakes - This quilt was donated for a fundraising event where I work. We had 23 quilts donated that year and were able to help many local families in need.
