Adoration - An original abstract design using fused mostly free hand cut pieces of fabric with machine decorative stitches and hand couching.

Georgetown Wedding - A Double Wedding Ring Quilt with Georgetown Circles inset. Georgetown Circles designed on Electric Quilt after an antique quilt. Original appliqué borders. The background is a silk/cotton blend with shading from dark in the center to light at the edges, while the rings are light in the center and dark at the edges.

Signature Quilt for Graduation - I collected the signatures of family and friends and assembled the quilt top in secrecy for my daughter's high school graduation in 2004. I finally quilted it in 2014. It is all hand-guided quilting without a pattern. All original quilting.

Color Box - A fun child's quilt. One of the initial designs for my pattern company, Copper Beech Studios.

Town & Country - A versitile pattern for Copper Beech Studios, using scrappy blocks and simple applique. Variations include a vintage floral and holiday poinsettia/holly in three sizes.

Wild Roses - A wonky log cabin block using gradations of red and green to create a crazy rose garden. The pattern includes three sized blocks, one of which can be a crib or lap quilt. One of the first patterns for Copper Beech Studios

Summer Sailing - A sailboat floating past the afternoon sun and surrounded by pinwheels. With different fabrics it could be a tropical sunset or a moonlit night. One of the initial patterns for Copper Beech Studios.

Matchless - A beginner quilt design for Copper Beech Studios, using 4 colors, with no matching seams within the block. The addition of more fabrics increases the complexity of the possible designs. The blocks can be turned to created different patterns, and the number of blocks will determine the size of the quilt.

This image is an Inukshuk which is seen in Canada. It was origionally made by first nation's people as a welcome sign.It will be on display at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport for six months starting in July. It will be in Terminal Three.

The American Bluebird in a meadow setting with a moody morning sun rise, and old fence post with barb wire and the little rickety fence post are done in raw edge applique.   The size is 21x37 inches.  I love using these special fabrics with the color shifts that add to a feeling of light changing in the distance.

"Fiesta" is a wall quilt made from silks, based upon an illustration of a Bolivian costume.

"Birdman" was inspired by the movie of the same name. It's a reflection of life; where you have been and where you might venture.

Made by the Amazing Eight.  Quilted by Dana Lynch.  Won 1st Plan in the Group category at the International Quilt Festival in Houston, 2014.

When my brother's horse Andy died, I made a quilt in his memory. My brother sent hair from Andy's tail which I included with the batting before basting the quilt. I quilted it using dressage patterns.

My own design for friend Sandy's 64th b-day in February, 2014.

This quilt was made in honor of Libby Lehman's "Ribbons Technique" and Ricky Tims' Convergence syle.  I auctioned this quilt off on Ebay to benefit Libby's medical needs.  It sold to a beautiful lady in Tennessee and it was a wonderful experience for me; one that I will never forget.
