Red Bird of Paradise - I used Leni Levenson Wiener's Pictorial Art Quilt Guidebook to design this art quilt. It is based on a photo from The Cornell Lab of Ornithology Birds-of-Paradise Project I enjoyed looking at their website which contains amazing photos of Birds of Paradise.

Celebration - I saw a picture of a table runner called Little Morsels, I liked the idea but thought that it could use some extra borders. I then digitized fireworks for the center quilting and around the edges I quilted the outline of the United States. My brother served in the Navy and felt he would like it, so,it was gifted to him.
