Cross-Jester - Cross-Jester is just pure fun; dots and circles and a limited color scheme.

Whooters - The Owl designs are machine embroidery/applique. Each "Owl" is individually quilted then placed on background. Made for 2013 charity quilt auction, miniature division for the Golden Triangle Quilt Guild.

Boomer - Boomer was made from a picture by Tim Hale of Flutterbye Images and used with permission. Boomer is thread painted free hand the trees were fusible applique and it was free motion machine quilted on a Bernina 440QE.

Summer Dreaming - Quilt shows varied local wildflowers with a view in the background of mountains with snow on the distant peaks.

Welcome Home, Colby! - Based on a photograph of my daughter's kitten's first introduction to her new home, directly from the humane society's box! The background was chosen to match her home decor.

AliKin's Alley Cat - Made from a picture taken by my friend Alison Rumble and used with permission. This was my first thread painted animal.

In Memory Of Rusty & Lucas - Rusty and Lucas were thread painted and appliqued on to a Convergence background. They were always together now they are waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge.

Trevor's Triumph - The full name of this quilt is "Trevor's Triumph Through the Trials and Tribulations of Teachers, Textbooks, Tests and Tutorials" to play off of the "T" blocks used to make the stars. It was made for my nephew for his graduation from college.

Midnight Clear - I made this quilt for my mother for Christmas 2012. She collects angels so I try to make her an angel quilt each year. I did some bobbin quilting with Razzle Dazzle thread and added some beads for a little extra glitter.

Perri's Fishy Quilt - The top was made in 2010, Perri's first Christmas, but wasn't quilted and completed until 2012. The fish have chenille gills, and the seaweed in the corners is also chenille. I couldn't find pre-made chenille strips, so I made my own. I'm glad that I did because I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to get a satisfactory match from pre-made strips. The backing is blue dot Minkee and very cuddly.

What Goes Around

Lancaster Fall Season - Quilt is a wedding gift for this couple. It is made of cottons, bamboo batting and incorporates machine embroidery designs and trapunto.

Monica's Santa - Started as a "cheater panel", added stripes, appliques, machine quilting. Happy with results when seen close up.

Elephants - Appliqued elephants with a border of appliqued green leaves. There is a small amount of machine quilting under each row of elephants.
