Heavenly Brightness - I made this quilt for my daughter (in picture with me). A lot of blood and sweat went into this quilt and I loved every second of it. Boy did I learn a lot. Ignorance is bliss because I started this project without any concept of how challenging it would be. I sewed and quilted this quilt on my Bernina 830.

Over the seas and far away - My son in law, Robert, is a deep sea diver and I wanted to make a quilt that would bring the sea home with him. I tried a few things and settled for sewing strips together to simulate waves and found a fantastic water fabric to use as sashing to bring it all together. He loves his quilt.
