Kittens in the Garden - I made Kittens in the Garden for my Great-granddaughter, Jade who is 3 1/2 years old. It's a fun, happy kitty quilt just made for little girls.
Log Cabin Kats - This is an I Spy Quilt using many different cat materials for the center, The logs are 1/2" finished, assembled in the straight furrows design. I based the quilt upon a late 1800's quilt I had seen in a doctor's waiting room as the logs were also 1/2" finished.
New York Vibration - This quilt is the culmination of a class based upon the New York Beauty quilt designed by Judy Niemeyer, which was my first attempt at paper-piecing. As I was working lots of hours then, I knew that if I wanted to finish the quilt, I knew it had to be a wall hanging. The border is my design.
butterfllies and flowers - Erika loves Butterflies and flowers. She is changing the colors in her room from completely pink to purple with a touch of pink. I saw several quilts at Pottery Barn for Kids and adapted this one to be close to them. She says it is perfect. It was lots of fun to make. I had to freehand draw the butterfly to applique on and used my flower die from accuquilt. I also used the strip cutters to make things easier. Quite an easy quilt to get done right before Christmas with all the rush.
Batik BOM with Spinning set - Half Square triangle setting blocks transform the background into pinwheels. This is the first quilt entirely quilted on my new Sweet-16 machine. I even designed the feathers worked into the backgrounds.
Baseball New Wave - New Wave quilt pattern published originally as a free pattern on OhFransson.com. Made for a nephew's high school graduation. Fabrics all have a baseball motif.
Cheryl Phillips Exploration - This is the third quilt that I made from the same Cheryl Phillips pattern, this one more traditional fabric than she uses.
