Keystone Medallion
Name of Maker: Donna Keating
Keystone Medallion - This quilt pattern was introduced at a "Jo's Little Women's Club" meeting. It took me a while to assemble the fabric I wanted and I'm so happy with the results. The dark blue and cheddar combined beautifully.
Infinite Crossroads
Name of Maker: Donna Keating
Infinite Crossroads - After the "Infinite Variety" quilt show in New York City in the spring of 2011, I like many others was compelled to make a red and white quilt. Mine, however, is not made with solid fabrics but a hodge podge of red and white fabrics scrappy-style. I couldn't see the NYC show but have enjoyed seeing the lovely quilts via You Tube and still pictures posted on the Internet.

Falling Leaves
Name of Maker: Diane Wantz
Falling Leaves - This was a collaborative effort between myself and my friend Anne, a felter. I used my hand stamped leaf prints for the center and then added Terry Atkinson borders to finish the pieced top. Anne then felted a beautiful tree onto the piece. I added blowing wind quilting with variegated thread to finish. Very fun!
Fabric Treasures
Name of Maker: Diane Wantz
Fabric Treasures - This piece was a blast to make. I started by pinning my backing onto my longarm leaders. My batting was shredded paper and credit cards. Then I placed netting over it all to finish my quilt sandwich. I McTavished to hold everything in place, finished it with a rough edge and embellished. The large focal point piece was a pin weaving project that didn't go quite as planned. I think it looks great on this piece. It's certainly a conversation starter!
Glue Anyone?
Name of Maker: Diane Wantz
Glue Anyone? - This was a challenge for a local show that required using the pastel batik fabric and a star. The deadline came a little faster than I had planned so I cut strips the finished size I wanted and arranged them on a quilt sandwich of backing and batting. Then I decoupaged the pieces to the batting by painting Elmer's Fabric glue over the top of the entire piece. When it dried, I quilted it on my longarm. It win a ribbon, but I like it. :D
