My Bed is in a Garden, a Garden is on my Bed - My bedroom has a wonderful view of my garden. I was inspired by the Jane Sassaman floral to design this quilt. The applique took me forever and what you see here is the second version.
30 Days Hath Sudoku, November 2005 Obsession - I turned my obsession with the puzzle into a quilt based on a month of puzzles from the Chicago Tribune, 11/2005- when I started this quilt. It has 2.430 one-inch squares.
Tessa's Quilt - Made for my great granddaughter born earlier this year. Made from existing stash except for the yellow fabric around the pinwheels. This is my first attempt at using a scalloped edge which was a last minute decision. I was pleased with the way it turned out.
Goldfish, Slice of Life - Goldfish, Slice of Life was done on a cotton ombre fabric using raw edge applique and faux trapunto. The 5 gold fish in the pond seem to actually float on the fabric.
