Peyton's quilt - Commissioned T-shirt quilt made with no less than 58 shirts. He only wanted to use T-shirt and didn't want any cotton fabric mixed in the quilt top....I said 'whaaa?". But then I figured out how to sew it all together, shirt-to-shirt, without using any stabilizer and it came out great. This was also my first time on a long-arm machine.

Moonshine - Moonshine is a portrait quilt of my Bernese Mountain Dog, Moonshine. I designed the quilt from a picture of I took of her.

Bridal Shower Quilt - I was hired for a bridal shower party, where the bride wanted to learn how to sew. I taught her and her friends how to use the machine and each of the women made one or two quilt blocks, which I then finished in time for the wedding. I had a lot of fun exploring new quilting patterns and stretching my comfort zone with the free motion foot! I hope the bride and groom enjoy this quilt as much as I enjoyed making it!

A LadyBug Quilt - This was made for my 1st grandchild - Mia. Her room decor was based on ladybugs.

Monkey Quilt - I made this quilt for my 2nd grandchild - Owen.

Magic 9-Patch - I made this quilt for a family friend's first child - Boston. I love the red, white and blue material and how the pattern played out with these colors. I also made a little matching pillowcase to hold his quilt and then to later use it to cover a small pillow.

2009 BOM Quilt - This quilt was started almost on a whim, and I didn't have enough material. I kept scrounging around for more, one time emailing a friend in Albuquerque to go back to the Hobby Lobby and buy all the white they had remaining on the bolt. A wonderful quiltshop in Rockledge Florida, and a Hancock's Fabric in Tampa also provided me with my pallette, then scrambles on Ebay for more of the pottery material in November. Susan did the most amazing job of quilting on the long-arm. I was just amazed. I had never sent a quilt out for quilting, but it was certainly the right thing to do. The sunbursts she did freehand really add to the bright look.

Lakeview - This was a small quilt made in a Quilt University class with Susan Brittingham on Landscape quilts. Lots of fun.

A Star for Colton

Christmas roses - I just loved this pattern as soon as I saw it. I couldn't find all of the colors so I used the light blue, cream and red of a Christmas line.

Diamond Delight - I used left over fabrics from my stash and practiced machine embroidery on this lovely little project. I like it so much I will do it again for myself.
