Get the Shell Out of Here - Two fabric quilt adapted from Pacific Rim Herd of Turtles. Wanted it larger so I added a border.

Blue Lagoon - A group of girls from our Guild got together one day and made up a bunch of these - it was a fantastic day, fantastic process and I am very excited with the results.

Moo-ey Bueno - I live in an agricultural area. Found the background cow fabric and decided to do a cow quilt just for fun.

Ya-Ya Table Topper - This quilt was a request by a good friend of mine. She has a group of friends that call themselves the Ya-Ya's. This is for Ya-Ya Anne's 60th Birthday.

Eagle in Blue - This quilt is 48" square, done in 100% cotton fabrics from my stash. Thread used to quilt: Threadart's silver metallic on the top, Superior's So-Fine in the bobbin. Batting is 80/20 cotton poly. This is for a wall hanging. I am in process of increasing the size to fit a king size bed & will do that pattern in Autum colors. Pattern is a bit challenging, not for those new to quilting/sewing. I love the result of this pattern, though my color choices were haphazzard..this is a test for the larger quilt. Still I love the results!

The Four Seasons - This quilt is made of many dif types of fabric. It is 60x78 and also has lots of embroidary. Appliqued on a landscape background. This quilt was done in 4 trips of 18x54 inches, it took 16 month to complete

Southern Comfort western style - Double sided with bright SW solids for the crosses on one side, prints & animal centers on the other side, and 200+ neutrals for the background. Hand tied for warmth.

Crazy fabrics, crazy strips - Wanted to use uneven scrappy strips log cabin method. Didn't really like the end result so hemmed it to make a tablecloth which I really like.

The silent voices of Trowena - There are written records of explorers seeing skies black with mutton birds for 3 weeks. Last year about a million died on Babel Island, likely due to lack of food.

My Island Home - This quilt has alot of my favourite Tassie animals on it.

Remembering Thylacines

Birthday Bouquet - This quilt came out very well, but I had a hard time figuring out how to quilt it so that the amount of quilting was evenly spread across the quilt.

Jesien (Autumn) Leaves - This quilt was a lesson in patience. There was the long search for the fabrics giving me the colour tones needed, quilting in-between family life commitments and deciding to hand quilt this king-sized quilt top stretched fully across a traditional wooden frame made by a friend. Patience always has its rewards and it now hangs on a very large wall in our shome.

Delectable Crystals - This is a quilt I made using the Accuquilt GO strip die and the 6 1/2" triangle die. I was trying to design something that could be made quickly and easily and yet have a traditional/non traditional look.
