Evolves - A patchwork of fabrics create the background for the shattered circle. The appliquéd circle evolves from an 8 ½” circle, which is fused and appliquéd on top. The prairie points and piano key border continue the color yet also provide an end. Quilted on: home sewing machine Quilted by: designer using “Rainbow Thread” from Superior Threads Patterns: Original design Border pattern: “Follow the Line Quilting Designs” by Mary Covey using the Ribbons pattern. Inspiration: Larkin Van Horn’s shattered circle technique.

Bright Hopes - Quilt made for teen age grandson after he said he and outgrown his cars and trucks quilt in July 2008. Embroidery machine quilted using a multi hoop design.

Floating on the Endless River - Used a photo of Austin, Kaleidoscope Kreator, and machine embroidery to create a wall quilt memory of a wonderful day a Wild Water park in Myrtle Beach, SC.

3D Kimonos - I won the blocks at my guild so I designed a way to display the 3D kimonos.

Floating on the endless river - Memory wall quilt for a wonderful day at Wild Water Park in Myrtle Beach, SC. Used photo and Kaleidoscope Kreator and machine embroidery to record the day.

Ribbon & Roses - The quilt blocks for this quilt were designed by Ruth Stonesifer for Byrne Sewing Connection's 2005 BOM. To complete the quilt top I purchased fabric from Marianne Elizabeth's Giiverny collection.

T'Was the Night Before Christmas - This quilt was so much fun to make. I personalized the blocks in various places to include my grandsons' names and make it a little more masculine where possible.

Suleyman Mosque - The Blue Mosque - Art Quilt made from a picture I took while on vacation to Istanbul Turkey.

Plaid Basketweave - I used my plaid fat quarters stash to make the quilt. My quilt was featured in the April 1999 issue of Mc Call's Quilting (pg 48-50).

Up, Up and Away - This is my first-ever completed quilt. It was made in 2002 for my SO's first grandson. He lives in Park City, UT, where hot air balloons fly all the time, so I knew he would like it.

Sisterhood - My quilt guild's challenge - quilt had to have at least one Sister's Choice Block. I entry - "Sisterhood" celebrating being 1 of 5 Sisters. This quilt was also featured in McCall's Quick Quilts, July/1999 (pg 54-56).

blue moods - Made as wedding present for my nice in law, and taken over to london for her wedding her mother gave me the colours she liked and i worked from that

Alex Inspired - This Quilt was inspired by Alex Anderson's class on neutral quilts, I made it up as I went along using the quilt as you go method.
