MillyMollyMandy Freely improvised wall hanging made with batik fabrics. The design was inspired by an ancient stone barn with an amazing wooden roof at a place called Denny Abbey in Cambridgeshire, England. My group, Eastern Region Textiles Forum, was asked by the manager of this English Heritage property to design and make textiles items inspired by the site.  There was a ladder tucked into the roof space so I included a ladder on the back of the quilt. One of the photographs shows it displayed in the barn.
