SewnWildOaks What could be more fun than creating a quilt that looks like one of your Grandmother's crocheted afghans without ever picking up a crochet hook!  I love working with hexagons, and this design gave me lots of practice with hexagons and Y-seams.  I also love English paper piecing, so I included bouquets of flowers in two of the corners.  This quilt was a fabulous stash buster.  Also it was fun combining many different fabric, from reproduction fabric to more modern prints.
