Jackeroo

I adore Jack Russels so it's no surprise this was so much fun to make. Like my other pet portraits, it is made using a fusible applique technique with seven different values of grey and then it's stitched and quilted onto a quilted background. The internal frame is an Australian aboriginal print that seems to suit the playfulness of the jack russell.
