Monica33 Black, White and Read All Over - This quilt began as a quest to make a man's quilt without all the cliches of moose and fishes. Inspired by the recipient's interest in martial arts, all the fabrics are printed with some kind of kanji, either real or imaginary. Theoretically you could "read" the quilt, hence the title!
