jeansophie Finding My Way - Trio of Geese was the May 2013 block for the Block Lotto. Each trio is arranged in light-medium-dark value order. While working on the quilt, I started wondering how geese navigate. I doubt they actually use the stars, but I added some Sawtooth Star blocks to help them find their way.
