Cathedral Rails - I made this for my son for Christmas (shhh... Don't tell). I used the traditional rail fence pattern, but varied the width of the rails. I likd the way the dark background makes the other colors glow like a stained glass window. This was made out of scraps from my daughter-in-laws quilt, The .feather Quilt. Not bad for a scrappy quilt!
