rehak Celebrate Life - This quilt was made as a combination of a free-motion quilting exercise that Cindy Needham includes in her classes and the ribbon quilts that Libby Lehman is famous for. The ribbons are quilted using FilTec's Glide thread. Each area between the ribbons is filled with a different background fill using Superior's Kimono silk thread. This quilt will be a gift for my friend for her 50th birthday in a couple of weeks.
