JaneAnne The Wedding Quilt - This quilt was made to hang as a backdrop at the outdoor wedding of our daughter Mary Jo and to be their wedding quilt. Her colors were purple, green and ivory so the center topiary was created to depict the nature theme using purple flowers. In the first border, I created a frame from three inch squares that are pintucked various neutral nature themed fabrics. The second border includes more of the purple flowers and leaves and white pear blossoms made from leftover fabric from my wedding gown.
