Templar - I had a number of beautiful lime green fabrics that I longed to use, along with a length of batik that I decided not to use for a Turkish coat I made.... That was the basis for the color scheme. I made one block at a time in the paper piecing method. I began with a design that I had seen by Carol Doak, modified and added lines until I was satisfied.
